Setting up the skin:
To my knowledge, the links in the navigation bar should automatically be linked to your own pages. Although it's a good idea to check first, just to make sure. If you find they don't link to your own page, please edit the skin and change them from the "Skin Header" section so that they do. Be careful not to touch anything else if you don't know what you're doing, or you may break it and end up having to re install the skin. You can also edit the skin to change the title of the links, add links, remove links, whatever you like. If you are not knowledged enough with HTML to know how to edit the links, please contact me.

By default, the badge in the navigation bar will read "YOUR TEXT". Obviously, you are going to want to change this. Just edit the skin and change the "YOUR TEXT" in the Skin Header to whatever you want. Remove the italics if you want normal text. The only rule with this is that you cannot use spaces if your text goes beyond the circle, otherwise you'll end up with an oval instead.

Otherwise, you can write any text at any length you like. However, I suggest you use no more than 3 characters, if you want to keep it looking nice. In my badge, I picked a single "m", the first letter of my username. You may like to do something involving your username or name. Once again, if you're stuck with HTML, please contact me.

Using the skin:
While writing your journal, you can use your normal HTML styling elements, to create bold, italic, and underlined text. You can also use these styled elements:

<a href=""></a> for a link
<h1></h1> for Header 1
<hr> for a horizontal line
<blockquote></blockquote> for a blockquote
